Mrs.Samantha Gray-   Mrs.Samantha Gray is our new Earth Science and Biology teacher here at PCH. She shows tremendous passion and enthusiasm to help students to achieve success in her classroom. Gray discussed during an interview “My goal this year is to survive! I want to be successful in my teaching and have my student’s learn as much as possible.” She chose to teach Earth science and Biology because she enjoyed it as a student, but struggled to be successful. She likes helping students and allowing them to develop the same love for science. She said her favorite part of teaching this year so far is “how everyone is kind and works together,” her favorite quote is "Failure is a condiment that gives success its flavor.” - Truman Capote

Mrs. Jane Kopetas- Mrs. Jane Kopeta is our new Spanish teacher here at PCH. She is a fantastic asset to our staff team and a great mentor to our students. Kopetas loves to hear her students’ stories and any activities they are involved in during the school year. She expressed that she teaches Spanish “because I love it so much, I love to learn from my students. I became more passionate about my career when I was a student teacher and went to the Amazon. I learned that student’s are always ready to learn and connect with people and when you connect with them you win and you achieve anything you want in the classroom.”  Kopetas strives to become an amazing teacher and her goal is to apply comprehensible input in all her classes and for her students to                understand what she is teaching. Her favorite quote is “Do what you love, Love what you do.” - Ray Bradbury

Mr. Kenneth Gornick- Kenneth Gornick is the new Business, Marketing and DECA teacher. He is also head coach of the boys Swim and Dive team and assistant coach for the girls Swim and Dive team here at PCH. He is a big part of our staff team and assists with a lot of school activities. We are beyond grateful to have his guidance and support throughout this year. His favorite part of this school year so far was the Pigskin Spirit week. His goal this year is to get more of his boys on the swim team to qualify for state. Gornick mentioned during an interview “I owned my own business for 33 years. I have been coaching swimming at County for 6 years and really enjoyed it. I thought I would like being out here full time, so I changed careers.” His favorite quote is “ Hard work pays off.” - Dustin Lynch
