Fashion Trends

5/14/2019

Fashion trends have changed a lot throughout the years. This year, the fashion trend really has changed. Now girls are wearing:
1.     Bodysuits that look like onesies
2.    Crop tops
3.    Mom jeans
4.    Shoe-lace belts
5.    Chains

Fashion trends are quite interesting. They change a lot throughout the years. For example, in the 80s-90s many wore baggy jeans and multi-colored t-shirts. Nowadays, we wear mom jeans using shoelaces as belts crop tops and bodysuits.  Not to mention multi-colored t-shirts are coming back! Boys are starting to wear chains again!

I asked  some pueblo county high school students a few questions:

What do you think about the fashion trend now in 2019?
"I think some of the fashion trends are great.
fashion is about something that comes from within you."
- Madori Newman

Do you like the fashion trend now in 2019?
" Fashion isn’t necessarily a trend. But students do bring older fashions back. I believe that it depends on what fits you best and what you like better rather than having it known as a trend.”
- Danni Calhoon

Do you think fashion has changed a lot?
"Yes! Life’s a party dress like it."
- Jasmyn crouch

Why do you think fashion has changed or hasn’t?
"I think fashion had changed. But hasn’t how it has changed we wear skinnier clothing and not so baggy. But some fashion is coming back from the 80s-90s like mom jeans and multi-colored t-shirts. Fashion is very important because it tells who people are without speaking."
-Emma Bustillos

Would you wear anything from today's fashion?
"Yes, life isn’t perfect but your outfit can be.”
- Emily Collins
