Little girl, little bird.
Falling from her cloud.
Stranded on their ground.

Little girl, little bird.
Holds a heart of gold.
Delicate feathers being sold.

Little girl, little bird.
Stuck in a world of men.
Drowning in all their sin.

Little girl, little bird.
Stopped waiting for her dawn.
She knew they'd never come.

Note: This piece is meant to signify the devastating destruction of the lives that make up today's human-trafficking industry.
